PUBLIC NOTICE: Au Train Township along with Onota Township will hold a scrap tire clean up event on Friday, September 15th and Saturday, September 16th from 10 am to 4 pm both days or until tire dumpster is full. The tire collection site will be at the O'Dovero Gravel Pit on M28, just west of Deerton Rd intersection. This tire collection is limited to residents of Onota and Au Train Township. Proof of residency (driver's license) is required. There is a limit of 20 tires per household. **Passenger size (car or light truck) tires only. **No rims, clean tires only. **Household and residential scrap tires only. (Commercial businesses may not bring tires to the clean up event, per grant requirements). The tire clean up funded by a grant to the Alger Conservation District. Let's help get rid of all scrap tires in our township!
